Guiding Students, Strengthening Community, Honoring Legacy!

At St. Edwards Secondary School, leadership is a shared responsibility rooted in service, integrity, and stewardship. Our leadership structure exists to ensure that every decision supports student success, strengthens our learning environment, and advances the long-term growth of the institution.

Our Leadership Philosophy

We believe strong schools are built through collaboration between governance, administration, faculty, alumni, students, and community partners. Leadership at St. Edwards is guided by our mission to develop accomplished, responsible, and caring young people whose actions reflect perseverance, teamwork, honor, fair play, and truth.

Every leader—whether in the classroom, on the field, in administration, or across the global Edwardian community—models accountability, compassion, and excellence.

Board of Trustees

The Board of Trustees focuses on cultivating the long-term growth and sustainability of St. Edwards Secondary School. The Board provides strategic oversight, ensures alignment with our mission, and supports institutional advancement through governance, planning, and resource stewardship.

Working in partnership with school leadership, the Board helps guide:

  • Strategic direction and policy development

  • Financial sustainability and endowment initiatives

  • Campus modernization and infrastructure planning

  • Institutional accountability and transparency

School Administration

The Principal and Assistant Principals are responsible for the day-to-day operations of the school. Together with the administrative team, they oversee academics, student life, faculty development, and campus operations—ensuring that programs and practices effectively serve our students.

Through close collaboration with the Board of Trustees, school leadership maintains a learning environment that promotes academic excellence, character formation, and student well-being.

Alumni Leadership & Global Edwardian Support

Edwardians across the globe play a leading role in the rebirth of St. Edwards Secondary School. Through financial contributions, strategic planning, and organizational leadership, alumni are actively piloting and financing the modernization of our Alma Mater.

Alumni chapters and partners have united around the Joint Chapter Consolidated Modernization Project and the Edwardian Endowment initiatives—providing resources for campus development, faculty support, student programs, and long-term sustainability.

This collective alumni leadership reflects a deep commitment to stewardship of May Park and responsibility for future generations. Their engagement demonstrates that being an Edwardian is a lifelong calling—one rooted in service, generosity, and pride in our shared legacy.

Faculty Leadership

Our teachers, coaches, and mentors play a central role in shaping the Edwardian experience. Faculty leadership extends beyond instruction to include guidance, mentorship, and example-setting. Educators at St. Edwards are committed to continuous professional growth and to building meaningful relationships that help students reach their full potential.

Leadership in Action

Leadership at St. Edwards is not defined by titles alone—it is reflected in daily actions:

  • Students taking responsibility for themselves and their school

  • Educators inspiring curiosity and confidence

  • Alumni giving back through service, planning, and financial support

  • Community members standing as partners in education

Together, we are rebuilding excellence and shaping future leaders.

Rebirth begins with the student. Legacy follows.
